ROR Consulting, Inc. will then deliver a document that can be used to help your client sell the proposal to their decision makers.
The process follows four steps:
Discovery: We at ROR Consulting, Inc. will follow a well defined interview process designed to explore key profit drivers, articulate the causes for underachievement, and recommend key metrics to drive operating improvements.
Analysis: We will then utilize information gathered to develop a draft report, which will formally articulate the results of the discovery phase and the proposed solution.
Validation: The draft report resulting from the Analysis Phase is then discussed with your prospect’s key personnel. Buy in and concurrence are vital for project success.
Presentation: ROR Consulting, Inc. personnel will then be available for a final presentation to the prospect. The purpose of this phase is to begin the next steps that will lead to a successful sale.
